Resource Partners

KMC Resource Partners are available to anyone in the concrete industry. We have selected specialty concrete contractors, supervisors, concrete craftsman, vendors and suppliers for networking and the concrete bidding process. By leveraging services, we bring alliances to the concrete industry. Resources have been selected for projects that show integrity, excellence and attention to detail. The services of a resource can be contracted with KMC as a general manager or as a sub-subcontractor. Resources can be secured through either a small management fee placed on each bid, or a straight commissions made by prior arrangement. KMC will work with each contractor to determine the most cost-effective approach ensuring the bottom line price is always competitive and fair.
